Direct Quality Auto Glass was established in 2011 by Raul Plascencia, the owner and operator of this small yet globally recognized business. Our family-owned auto glass shop has participated in an annual competition called "Auto Glass Week." This event takes place once a year and brings the best auto glass shops and technicians from around the world to compete for the title of "world's best auto glass technician."

In 2016, we recognized that there was a major problem in the auto glass industry with "faulty windshield replacements." We realized that a windshield was not just something that protected you from the wind but rather the windshield was a structural part of the vehicle. When we found out that a proper windshield replacement can save your life in a rollover accident and a front-end collision, our mindset changed, and we wanted to be the very best auto glass shop in our city to provide safe and proper windshield replacements.

As time went by we went from being the best in the city to the best in San Bernardino County. The county of San Bernardino is one of the largest counties in the United States. Our goal is to be the best in our state by providing high-quality windshield repairs, replacements, sunroof repairs, sunroof replacements, Adas calibrations, and power window repairs.

We may have a lot on our plate to reach these goals, but our family-owned business already has some of the best-recognized technicians working there.
